Shipping policy
Most items are made-to-order and will have a creation time of anywhere between 2-7 business days before shipment, depending on the complexity of the item and our queue. We will be in touch with tracking once your item is shipped!
If you order multiple items, they may potentially go out as separate shipments. You will be provided tracking numbers for all items, and we do place as many items as we can within the same package whenever it is possible!
All shipments come with tracking. Although most arrive quickly, sometimes delays can happen.Â
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please read up on your country's laws and rules regarding taxes and duties so you know what to expect when your package(s) arrive!
