Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with its original packaging in-tact.

To start a return, you can contact us at autumn.swords.shop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be treated at our discretion. You may be refunded a pro-rated amount based on the condition the item is returned in if it is not like-new. We do not reimburse shipping costs, so if you'd like assistance with shipping please contact us for help.

Please do not send items back to the address on your package, as this is a warehouse location that does not accept returns. You will be provided a return address once your return is approved. Orders sent back to warehouse location will be treated at our discretion.

"My Item Arrived Damaged/This isn't what I ordered!"

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! We want you to be happy! Contact us at autumn.swords.shop@gmail.com

In cases where items arrived damaged please attach a photo of the damage, and a photo of the packaging, with the shipping label fully visible and all details on it readable. Items arriving damaged is extremely rare, but we still take that kind of situation extremely seriously and are determined to make sure you are satisfied. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will promptly send you a replacement item! 

Please note our items are all handmade, so extremely small imperfections will not be accepted as damage or faulty cases.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

- Health and Personal Care items, such as make-up, hygiene products, etc.
- Face masks of any kind.
- Underwear or any type of lingerie that comes in contact with private parts.

Custom orders and personalized items are final sale.

Exchanges

If you've purchased the wrong item by mistake, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to order the correct item, and then contact us to get a cancellation/return started of the incorrect item. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know once the refund is processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Most banks take 5-7 business days to process a credit card return, although most refunds arrive much faster.
